Abstract

A supplement to sections 4 and 5 of DHF TS 011:2019 and TS 012:2019 to reflect changes caused by the UK exit from the European Union.

History

Supplement issued December 2020. DHF TS 011:2019 and DHF TS 012:2019 will be completely revised in due course because, in addition to the changes outlined above, it is expected that BS EN 12453:2017 and BS EN 12604:2017 will shortly be replaced by revised versions. In the meantime, the DHF TS 011 and 012:2019 supplement (Dec 2020) should be used in place of the sections 4 and 5 of the 2019 documents.

The Door and Hardware Federation (DHF) was created from a merger of the Association of Builders' Hardware Manufacturers (ABHM) and the Door and Shutter Manufacturers' Association (DSMA) as a not-for-profit trade association for companies associated with locks and building hardware, doorsets, industrial doors and shutters, domestic garage doors and automated gates. They provide technical advice, training, knowledge and practical help.
