Abstract
Relates to SI 2020/589, which ensure infrastructure providers are able to continue to deliver large or complex water infrastructure projects, by amending the Water Industry (Specified Infrastructure Projects) (English Undertakers) Regulations 2013 to remove the provision that would cause them to expire (the 'sunsetting provision'), seven years from the date they came into force (i.e. 27 June 2020).
