Abstract

Provides guidance on the Town and Country Planning (Major Residential Development) (Notification) (Wales) Direction 2020 with the aim of ensuring local planning authorities refer certain applications for major residential development to Ministers who will then decide if the application should be called in for determination. Amends the Town and Country Planning (Notification) (Wales) Direction 2012 with respect to significant residential development.
