Abstract

For the appointment of a consultant to design permanent works where the client appointing the consultant intends to employ a contractor to construct or install such permanent works for use in Scotland.

Replaced by ACE Professional Services Agreement. Including guidance notes. 2017 edition (ACE, 2017). First published in November 2009. Revised October 2011 - incorporating the amendments made to the Housing grants, construction and regeneration act 1996 as stated in the Local democracy, economic development and construction act 2009. Amendment sheet: May 2015 relates to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
