Abstract

To be incorporated as Part 5 of the Schedule to the ACE Agreement for Professional Services Agreement. Covers strategic definitions aligned to the RIBA Plan of Work 2013, stages 0-7, and includes BIM provisions. Provides deliverables, and requirements for additional services.

History

Replaces ACES Part G(a) Schedule of services to be undertaken by a single consultant or non-lead consultant. Civil and structural engineering (includes amendment sheet dated June 2009) (ACE, 2009). The 2017 Agreements and Schedules of Services supersede the set issued in 2009, which in turn superseded the 2002 (2004 revisions) sets.
