Abstract

Contains proposals for changes to the Building Regulations in Wales for Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Power) and Part F (Ventilation) in new dwellings. The overarching aim is to seek views for improving energy efficiency of new homes in 2020, based on a 2 part approach looking at ventilation, airtightness, the associated approved documents and improving as-built performance of housing.
