Abstract

Updates progress made in the sustainability of the housing stock in Wales between 2012 to 2016. This output is a requirement of the Sustainable and Secure Buildings Act 2004 to show how/whether Welsh building regulations have led to improvements in environmental sustainability in the built environment. Covers: furthering the conservation of fuel and power; preventing waste, undue consumption, misuse or contamination of water; furthering the protection or enhancement of the environment; and, facilitating sustainable development.
