Guidance Note
Supplies information relating to requirements in reusing excavated soils on a commercial site at the same site as they originated. This guidance note covers criteria soils are to meet to be classed as recovered and describes an approach for establishing if soils affected by Japanese Knotweed present an unacceptable risk to the environment and human health.
Supersedes 'PCA guidance note - re-using waste soils on a commercial site' (PCA, 2014).
