Abstract

Gives the performance standards and design provisions for compliance with the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 relating to the glazing of buildings, including limiting the risk of impact with glazing, transparent glazing, safe opening and closing of windows, skylights and ventilators and safe means of access for cleaning glazing.

Came into effect 31 October 2012. Replaces draft version published June 2012. Supersedes DFP Technical Booklet V: Glazing 2000.
