Came into effect 31 October 2012. Replaces draft version published June 2012. Supersedes DFP Technical Booklet R: Access to and use of buildings 2006. To be read in conjunction with Amendments Booklet AMD 8 'Amendments to Technical Booklet R' (DOF, 2022), and Amendments booklet - AMD 9. May 2025 amendments to Technical Booklet E, Technical Booklet R (DOF, 2024).
