Abstract
Provides guidance on the Town and Country Planning (Notification) (Coal and Petroleum) (Wales) Direction 2018. From the 5 December 2018 the Direction requires that planning applications for the development of petroleum or coal as set out in legislation must be referred to Welsh Ministers, where a planning authority does not propose to refuse the application.
