Abstract
Comprises an addendum to the Housing Health and Safety Rating System operating guidance, providing guidance on assessing high-rise residential buildings with unsafe cladding. Supplements the hazard profile for fire as given in the HHSRS operating guidance (see profile 24, pages 150 to 155).
