Explains the soft landings approach to a construction project, introducing the term 'Phase' in place of the previously used 'stage' and extending the number of stages from 5 to 6 phases. These Phases cover: inception and briefing, design, construction, pre-handover, initial aftercare, extended aftercare and POE. Also includes checklists, an activities template and a soft landings map.
