Suitable for use with the JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016. Project Packs are specifically produced for use with the 2016 editions of the JCT forms of contract. Contains guidance and a comprehensive selection and sufficient quantity of forms needed to administer a project under the contract in question. The architect/contract administrators instructions forms are not included in this pack but can be used if required.
