Abstract

Check list for the building survey and the EEM design prior to installation; covering detail and condition of property, existing finishes, structural defects, existing render, presence of damp, frost damage, detail and location of movement joints, moss/lichen/mould or efflorescence, heating system, existing ventilation, windows/door material, external services/attachments to the walls, external electrical cables/equipment, abutment to eaves, roofs and other structures, rainwater and drainage pipes, dpcs, architectural features and suitability for EWI.
