A letter to all permanent secretaries, outlining the public sector safety checks following the Grenfell Tower fire, seeking to identify which buildings with ACM cladding are in the first priority tests, asking for ACM cladding samples to be tested in accordance with Annex A and to conduct the survey in Annex C.
