Abstract

Comprises information for building owners carrying out re-cladding work on tall buildings drawing attention to the likely issues that will arise and provides information on guidance available following the Grenfell Tower fire. Applies to buildings and building work in Wales. Covers: replacing individual or sample panels of cladding, structural safety, fire safety, moisture, conservation of heat and power, building control processes and planning requirements.
