Provides guidance on managing listed buildings at risk in Wales, looking at why listed buildings are important and the importance of balancing a building's use, ownership and condition to ensure its sustainable future use. Also discusses the roles and responsibilities of owners, Welsh Government and local authorities, as well as the statutory powers that can be used to protect buildings at risk.
