The Central Point of Expertise on Timber (CPET) was established in 2004 by the UK Government's Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), and operated by LTS and Efeca, to advise on the Government's timber procurement policy, EU timber and FLEGT regulations. The CPET service ended on 31st March 2016.
