Abstract
Appropriate for use by public sector employers who are undertaking construction works and wish to engage a consultant (regardless of discipline) to carry out services in respect of such works. Can be used with any JCT main contract, excluding Constructing Excellence (CE) and Home Owner contracts (HO/B or HO/C).
