Abstract

Forms a general introduction to adjudication of construction contracts, including the right to adjudication provided by section 108 of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996. This applies to all construction contracts (as defined in the Act) in England and Wales, and Scotland, coming into effect on or after 1 May 1998 - or 1 June 1999 in the case of Northern Ireland.
