May be given by a contractor to a purchaser or tenant of the whole or part of the building(s) comprising the works which are being or have been carried out under: a Standard Building Contract (SBC/Q, SBC/XQ, SBC/AQ), Intermediate Building Contract (IC), Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design (ICD), Design and Build Contract (DB), or a Prime Cost Building Contract (PCC).
