JCT Collateral Warranties (CWa)
Abstract
For use where the contractor provides a purchaser or tenant of the building(s) (whole or part of) that comprise the works with a warranty. Can be used in conjunction with: a Standard Building Contract (SBC/Q, SBC/XQ, SBC/AQ), an Intermediate Building Contract (IC), an Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design (ICD), a Design and Build Contract (DB), or a Prime Cost Building Contract (PCC).
