Concrete Society ref: CS 164. 1st edition 1975 published by the Cement and Concrete Association, reprinted in 1976, 1979 and 1984 with an amended cover design. 2nd edition 1987 published by the Cement and Concrete Association, with reprints in 1990 and 1992 reflecting the new branding when the association became the British Cement Association, updating insert sheets were also issued January and March 1993. 3rd edition 2002 published by the British Cement Association. 4th edition 2008 published by the Concrete Society, including Amendment No. 1 November 2010. This is the 2016 second revision.
