Abstract

Advises on the duties placed on clients, contractors, designers and manufacturers, including good practice recommendations for working on roofs, typical method statement, risk assessment and permits.

ACR [CP] 001:2014 Rev 4: Recommended practice for work on profiled sheeted roofs (orange book) (ACRS, 2014). Since publication the Advisory Committee for Roof Safety has received many requests for clarification of the recommendations contained in this publication, so have now issued: ACR[COM] 001:2011 Orange book commentary to provide informative guidance.
