Guide
Chapter B2 of Guide B provides guidance on ventilation systems design. As a whole, Guide B provides comprehensive reference material for engineers involved in the specification and design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork, refrigeration and heat rejection, noise and vibration controls for HVAC systems. Follows the design process from concept to implementation and includes sections on strategic design decisions, design criteria, system selection, equipment and fuels.
2016 version separates Guide B into five parts (B0, B1, B2, B3, B4) plus a Combined Index. Replaces 2005 edition incorporating corrigendum issued 12 April 2016.
The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers received its Royal Charter in 1976.
