Abstract
Relates to SI 2016/332, which covers the changes to residential use for certain buildings and drilling of boreholes for groundwater monitoring purposes as well as potential petroleum exploration. Also relates to SI 2016/331, which covers the liability of local planning authorities to pay compensation on withdrawal of permitted development rights for change of use of light industrial premises.
