Abstract
Report reviewing the operational success of three public sector office buildings that were designed for long term energy and water efficiency. Presenting the information in case study format, the report explores the challenges and benefits of environmental design in regards to design, handover and management and the issues faced by designers, clients and facilities managers in regards to actual performance versus designed.
