Abstract
Looks to assist NHS organisations in Wales in identifying best practice in the area of car-park management and sustainable transport with the aim of improving the patient and visitor experience and supporting staff on their journeys to and from work.

This guidance is based on HTM 07-03 NHS car-parking management: environment and sustainability, which supersedes HTM 07-03 entitled 'Transport management and car-parking. Environment and sustainability' (2006). Supersedes Traffic management and car-parking. Environment and sustainability (Welsh version) 2006.
