Abstract

Relates to SSI 2015/241, which makes provision in respect of the notification and publication requirements for Historic Environment Scotland (HES) where a listed building is either included in or excluded from the list of buildings of special architectural or historic interest compiled in a list under section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997, or where an entry relating to a building in that list is amended after 1st October 2015.
