Abstract

Provides key statistics from the Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation (WIMD) 2014. WIMD is the Welsh Government’s official measure of relative deprivation for small areas in Wales, designed to identify those small areas where there are the highest concentrations of several different types of deprivation.

History

Revised August 2015 - supersedes Welsh index of multiple deprivation (WIMD) 2014 (WAGSD, 2014). Produced by Statistics for Wales.
