The ground floor consists of a living room, hallway, open plan dining room and kitchen. The first floor consists of a landing, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor consists of a landing, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Beneath the ground floor is an unconverted basement. The building work consisted of knocking through the kitchen and dining room, including through part of the existing hallway to create an open plan space.
