Abstract
Taking real life cost data from 3 construction projects to demonstrate low-cost sustainable buildings can be achieved. Investigates capital costs of design and construction strategies that enhance building sustainability; including low-cost or no-cost actions (quick wins), and those initiatives that must be built into the project during concept to minimise costs.
