Abstract
Relates to SR 2014/190 which insert Heavy Fuel Oils (HFO) as a named substance into the heading Petroleum Products in Part A of Annex 3 to the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 (SR 1993/275). The amendment gives effect to Article 30 of Council Directive 2012/18/EU (the Seveso III Directive) on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances in respect of land-use planning.
