Abstract

Announces amendments to the national Planning for Sustainable Buildings policy contained in Planning Policy Wales (PPW) and the cancellation of Technical Advice Note (TAN) 22. Also outlines the policy changes and amendments which will be made together with advice to local planning authorities on how they should consider these changes both in terms of Development Management and the preparation and implementation of Local Development Plans (LDPs).
