Provides a further update to the project investigating performance gap in standards for zero carbon homes for the period between August 2013 and January 2014. Summarises the evidence collection and review and presents the priority for action based on 15 issues and the priority for research covering 17 issues. The next steps highlight the need to continue evidence gathering and an end of term report will follow. Presents the literature review and the housebuilding process review.
