Gives evidence-based best practice guidance on the design and layout of generic clinical and clinical support spaces for use in healthcare settings. Includes a sizing methodology suitable for briefing purposes, and ergonomic drawings of room layouts. At times the guidance may differ from that in Approved Document M and BS 8300:2009 but reasoning and discussion is given.
