Abstract
Relates to SI 2013/2932, which introduces the requirement for prospective applicants for planning permission to undertake pre-application consultation with local communities for certain developments involving an installation for the harnessing of wind power for energy production. The requirement will apply where the development involves the installation of more than two turbines or where the hub height of any turbine exceeds 15 metres.
