Abstract
Relates to SI 2013/1238 which simplifies the requirements for design and access statements, introduces provision in relation to non-validated applications, and removes the requirement to provide reasons for approval and a summary of relevant policies and proposals on written decision notices where a planning permission is approved. Also relates to SI 2013/1239 which simplifies the requirements for design and access statements.
