Abstract
Relates to SI 2011/1441 which amends secondary legislation following the abolition of the common law offences of bribery and embracery; and the repeal of the Public Bodies Corrupt Practices Act 1889, and the Prevention of Corruption Acts 1906 and 1916, by the Bribery Act 2010.
