Abstract
Relates to SI 2013/427, which revokes the Regional Strategy for the South East, with the exception of policy NRM6: Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area. Also revokes all remaining saved structure plan policies in the region, with the exception of policy H2 (Upper Heyford) of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan 2016.
