Comprises part of a consultation by the Welsh Government which invites views and comments on the proposals to make Site Waste Management Plans (SWMP) a legal requirement for construction and demolition (C&D) projects in Wales, including a provision to make a fees and charges scheme.
Consultation closed on 25 April 2013. Related to the following: Waste (Wales) measure 2010 - site waste management plans: consultation document; Site waste management plans - guidance; draft legislation 'Site waste management plans (Wales) regulations 2013'; Waste (Wales) measure 2010 - site waste management plans: impact assessment; and Waste (Wales) measure 2010 - site waste management plans: evidence base and annexes (all Welsh Government, 2013).
