BSRIA Guide
Describes a process that allows construction teams to periodically reconsider critical design issues by focusing on the perspective of the end user. Pitstops may occur during any of the following construction stages: Briefing, Design, Construction, Post-construction and Initial aftercare.
This document uses the old five stages which were defined in BG 54/2014 'Soft landings framework'. It has not been updated in order to reflect the six phases which are covered in BG 54/2018 'Soft landings framework 2018. Six phases for better buildings'.
