Abstract
Relates to SSI 2012/228, which further transposes the requirements of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on the conservation of wild birds (the Birds Directive) (which codified Council Directive 79/409/EEC of 2 April 1979 on the conservation of wild birds).
