Abstract
Appeal against a council's refusal to relax requirement B1 and K1 of the Building Regulations 2010 in respect of the installation of a stairlift to an existing common stair between two flats on the ground floor and two on the first floor of a two storey block containing 76 one bedroom retirement flats, with resident management staff and a community alarm service.
