Abstract

Gives guidance on the use of BIM in the context of the current Plan of Work. The overlay aims to simplify the BIM processes and clarify any contradictory terms causing confusion in the industry. Core BIM activities are considered in the guidance for each stage of the plan.

Together with the Green Overlay to the RIBA Outline Plan of Work these two documents are part of the preparatory work being undertaken prior to a fundamental review of the RIBA Plan of Work that will take place in 2012-13. Out of print, no longer available from the publisher.
