Abstract
Relates to the Urban development corporations (planning functions) order 2012. SI 2012/535, which revokes the planning functions Orders for West Northamptonshire (SI 2006/616 and SI 2011/560) and Thurrock (SI 2005/2572) so that planning functions in the areas are returned to the former local planning authorities.
