Abstract
Suggests steps for public sector clients to ensure compliance with the Fair Payment Charter when using JCT Contracts. The supplement also includes: a model clause authorising disclosures by public Sector clients in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA); and suggested steps to be taken for both public and private sector projects, where design work and information supply is to be governed by a Building Information Modelling (BIM) protocol.
History
JCT 2011 Contracts should be used for construction contracts entered into after 1 October 2011. PBA 2011 is part of the JCT 2011 suite of publications.
