Abstract
Decision letter detailing the determination of compliance with requirement B1. It relates to proposed building work on a three storey town house in a conservation area to convert the existing roof/loft space into a new third floor (fourth storey) and provide an additional en-suite bedroom. This would mean two floors would be at more than 4.5m above ground level, with the top storey more than 7.5m above ground level.
