Abstract
These rules are derived from the 1977 Price adjustment formulae for building contracts (Series 2) - guide to application and procedure. They detail the formulae for the adjustment of the value of work allocated to Work Categories.

Updated by the Formula Rules (FR) 2016. JCT 2011 Contracts should be used for construction contracts entered into after 1 October 2011. This document is part of the JCT 2011 suite of publications.
